We, at iNNo Concepts, are committed to 100% customer satisfaction by offering excellent customer service, best quality products and an ultimate shopping experience. We make sure that only the products that meet or exceed our stringent guidelines are shipped to the customers. We carefully choose our vendors who comply with and complement our quality concerns. There is absolutely no refund on the following items:

  • used appliances, or any other used items
  • food items including but not limited to sweets, snacks, grocery items
  • Opened CD ROMS/Audio tapes, cookbooks
  • Opened electronic items

However, we will repair or replace the items at our discretion, if they are found to be defective on arrival

Return Guidelines

All our products are insured to cover the shipping damages. If the item you receive is defective on arrival, please contact us immediately and we will take measures to rectify the situation. We enclose instructions to check the shipping damage along with the grinders.You can also find it on-line by clicking shippingdamage.

If you've received a damaged item, please contact us by email within 5 business days of receiving the product. Please save original boxes, packing materials as well as the item itself. If the product needs to be repaired or replaced, we will send you return instructions with return authorization number. The items without the return authorization number may be refused. All the items have to be shipped to us prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments on the returned items.

If you receive a wrong item or if you feel the item is misrepresented in our website, please contact us as soon as the item is received, to enable us to take the corrective action. If you received a food item that is spoiled, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. We may request you to send the package back to us for further inspection. Therefore it is very important that you save all the items and the packing materials.

Under extraordinary situations, if there is a need for refund, the product should be sent back to us at your cost in original re-saleable condition. All returns are subjected to 25% restocking fee. S&H charges will be deducted from the amount due.
